I bought the original Shred Belt Extreme several years ago. Throughout the winter months of 2021-2022, my top weight peaked at 231 lbs. The belt was not a part of my life then. Then, in June of 2022, I couldn't stand to look in the mirror past my neck, there was too much fat. I decided that I had to make some changes. I started to wear my belt, usually every other day; the treadmill and the Bowflex were used 2 to 3 times per week. I monitored my weight once per week. In mid-July, I dropped 5 lbs. Then I started to wear it every day in August. I am today @ 208 lbs. The belt doesn't cause you to sweat, that's dropping water weight; it cooks the fat and dissolves it, sending the fat to other parts of the body to be used as energy (calories to be burned). I decided to buy this new style of belt because I know that it will probably work just like the one that I have now, perhaps better. One for the spare tire and one for the chest area. My goal is 199 lbs, something I haven't seen since my early 20's. I am 62 now with a severely bad back, bad knees, bad hips, bad shoulders, and bad elbows. If it wasn't for the belt, I would still be 225 lbs. If y'all have a problem with your belt, git yourself a sewing machine and fix it, don't give up on it. 10 stars out of 5 is my rating!

I commented that this product doesn't up at beginning and gave 1 star, I was completely wrong about that. This product works completely different than the description by the seller. If you wear this product, it doesn't heat up but when you work out , it start to heat up and stores heat at belt area. I work out at planet fitness and it starting to heat once I started working out plus when I use massage chair and hydromassage, it heats up and transfers all heat at belt area. So product does work. It requires kinectic energy of the body to heat up and make it work. Seller need to fix their product description.

This gets hot and makes you sweat! Such a great product!!

This belt works WONDERS! I see that some comments complaining that the belt doesn't work but they need to realize you can't just put on the belt and expect weight loss without proper exercise and food management.I wore the belt during my workout and it burns but in the best way possible! Change is visable and can be measured by the way my pants fit loosely. Its a great way to isolate regions (I have the full set of arms, legs, and waist) and get that extra trim. Would buy again and again and would hate to have this product dissapear on me!!

It works took about 30 to 40 min to heat up. Think 🤔 it depends. On your belly fat, make sure pull it very tight so it can start.

The product does what it's advertised to do. The first couple times I wore the belt it took around 10 minutes for my midsection to get real hot. The heat lasts for upwards of an hour after the belt is taken off. My body has adjusted since wearing it, so now it takes around 20 minutes for the same result. I don't know if this will translate into additional fat loss in the area or not, but the belt absolutely heats the area.The one issue I have is areas without fat. My body stores fat in the lower abs and some in the love handles, so those are the areas I wanted to target with this. The issue is that my lower back has zero fat on it, and because of that, the belt heats that area far faster and more intensely. This results in my lower back being absolutely lit on fire before the areas with fat start getting warm. When I say lit on fire, it's to the point where it hurts like hell. To get around this I put a towel in between my lower back and the belt so it doesn't heat that area. This has worked in keeping my lower back cool and the belt only heating the areas with fat. It works, it's just a slight annoyance that I have to do this each time I wear it.

So I ordered mines and works till this day but the fabric started getting loose. Now the velcro doesn't grab on as firmly as before and I struggle to get a nice tight fit around my waist. I don't know if I got a defective one but for 60 dollars I was expecting high end sweat belt.

I really wish I could give this 5 stars because at first, it was working incredibly well! For once, I had hope that I could beat this stubborn belly fat that I’ve been struggling with for years. In just the first 4 days I noticed that my love handles had shrunk quite a bit! The heat was intense! But I loved it, because I knew it was working! On the 8th day of wearing the belt I noticed that there was little to no heat and I had put it on the same way as the other days. Wet it a bit with water and applied directly to the skin as required. For me, this was a very big investment as I make very little income. I had reached out to Iron Bull through their email to see if maybe they could replace the belt, but I have heard no response. As there are no cleaning instructions, I was wiping it down with water after each heavy use.I am starting to feel hopeless again as I have already noticed a few pounds returning despite my hard work and exercise. I can’t afford to buy another belt that will possibly end up not working again 😢

Lost 5 pounds in 2 days. Make no mistake, this thing works! But you need to have a high heat tolerance. This will literally melt your skin. My advice is to use this in an air conditioned room. You will see your bulged belly gone in as little as 2 weeksExcess water and fat will be flushed intermittently. You will need to stay close to your toilet. This will also aid in digestion and will also restore your proper bowel functions. All you need is a tolerance to skin melting heat!

Fonctionnes vraiment,a près un certain temps on ressens beaucoup de chaleur autour de la taille mais malheureusement le velcro ne fonctionne plus après quelque mois d'utilisation(5 fois semaine)actuellement vu le prix élever de la ceinture ,je continue de l'utiliser en mettent un autre ceinture abdominal par dessus .

This is the third shred belt I have bought from Iron Bull, as I have lost weight I have had to get smaller belts. Each time I have upgraded the belt model, this is the best one for me so far! The heat generated is intense but comfortable, another great purchase from Iron Bull.

Fits perfectly. Let me say damn it works! Like only 15-20 mins my waist is on fire ! Lol I have a good tolerance but this was intense AF. So only wear for short periods of time lol
