Hi, am interested in this product but have had problems in the past with similar items being too big for my mouth, can this be made smaller?

Can this device be adjusted to bring the jaw further forward or back? Does it come with different sized elastics for instance?

It comes with plenty of elastics of the same size, so what I do is double up or triple up on both sides.The bands need to be changed very 2-3 weeks so that the tension doesn't slack.When I order a new one I always have half a bag of spares left still. The lower jaw gets pushed forwards. This Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD) is the most comfortable one I've tried and I have stuck to this brand. I think I'm on my 3rd one now and I think I only need to replace 2-3 times a year. I have Mild to Moderate Sleep Apnoea, and was given a home sleep assessment by my hospital. I had previously paid twice as much for MADs from British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea website but they were not as effective or as comfortable as this. Hope this helps xx :)

Can it be used with a cpap machine to lessen breathing through the mouth?
