I purchased 2 to make a big one and divide them to keep 2 separate chicks* I added mesh that’s typically for plants beds shade cover also bought hereTo keep them from flying outNow that’s they are outside I’ve used it to keep them in a fence area since they were small they could fit through the gapsSo definitely useful in different waysEasy to assemble and wash off too

Amazing starter kit and the best price per product! Has just about everything you need, worked great for the duration of my chicks living inside until they were big enough to move outside. Very good quality

Almost got everything
We just opened this and the nesting bar was not included. Set up was easy and we love that it came with almost everything we needed. However, highly peeved that we now need to spend money on purchasing something that showed it would be included.We have 5 chicks total and this is plenty of space for them to grow!

Short Lived
The food and water dish are fine if you prop them up off the floor. The rooster is small but fine. The box is not fine. Bedding goes ALL over from the bottom and the chicks roost on the sides and are flapping all around my house after two weeks. Just invest in a regular brooder the first time and save the headache!!

Good first set. Tho have a brooder ready. This fence isn’t enough.
Great product tho I don’t love the fence. Honestly all I used if for was to block the chicks view out so they could get use to their environment before pulling one panel away each day. The roost only lasted a couple weeks before I had to make a bigger one. This roost is for 3 chicks tops. I love the water dish! I use to have the one that when I flipped it over, the bottom would fall off and then all the water was everywhere. This one doesn’t do that. The food dish is okay. The chicks dig all the food out of the feeder and spread it all throughout their brooder.
