Finally I found something that works for me. Alot of laxatives either hurt my stomach or cause cramping. This one works great. Two caps is too much for me so I only take one a day. This might not work for you but is perfect for me. Will continue to order. Plus has really good ingredients and is great for people with sensitive stomachs.

Its ingredient(s) is/are natural, organic, chemical-free. It is or they are known to be potent and naturally effective. I’ve been using this supplement for more than a week now. I only take a single capsule of this supplement daily, often before meals or after dinner before sleep, especially if I want to loosen my gut after heavy meals. For a grown man like me, I noticed this supplement is easy to swallow and has no bad after-taste. The appearance, texture and color of the content looks clean and processed well. There’s little to no undesirable smell in it and the flavor is natural. In my experience, it has helped my bowel movement. It also improved sooth my stomach. As for me, I’m giving ORGANIC INDIA Herbal Laxative a 5-star rating.Furthermore, the recommendation here should not be taken as a third-party lab test result or medical advice, rather, as an observation of a voluntary non-medical user. I’m not earning from any of these manufacturers. In most cases, there is already much research and studies made on the ingredients here. This herbal laxative is very gentle. I did not notice anything after taking it for a few weeks, but then I started to notice improvements with my regularity, IBS symptoms and overall gut health. I take 1 softgel a day in the evening so that it has time to work on my digestion system while I am sleeping. The softgels are easy to swallow and don't have a strong odor or taste. I have not had any bad side effects or stomach upset while taking this product, but I almost always take it with a meal or a small snack. There is also no after taste.I have only been taking 1 softgel a day because I was concerned 2 would be too much. If you take 1 a day, this is a 60 day supply, which makes it a tremendous value, especially when compared to other fiber supplements available. I have noticed a difference in my gut health and will continue taking these softgels for a few months to see what kind of long-term improvements I can feel. If you are looking for immediate relief, this supplement is not the best choice. If you are willing to play the long game and looking for something that works naturally with your body, I would give this supplement a chance!

Unfortunately, for me this product was not effective in relieving constipation. After using for 3 days, I'm having to purchase other products to help me alleviate waste.

This laxative features Ayurvedic herbs and doesn't contain Senna, which can be a harsh laxative to those with more sensitive constitutions (like me). One of the three active ingredients in this herbal laxative is organic psyllium, which is the laxative used in Metamucil. If you've ever used that product and found it successful, you should find this herbal laxative helpful.The action of this herbal laxative is very gentle and some folks may find it too slow or even inadequate for the task. I find it helpful for minor bouts with constipation, but in severe cases I have to look elsewhere. If you're searching for a more herbal and less chemical approach, this laxative strikes me as an excellent solution. But of course it all depends on the severity of your symptoms.

Product doesn’t work. I’ve been using it for over a week and it has not worked. I only purchased this because the product I originally was using, was out of stock.

The senna-free formula is gentle on my system, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my digestion and elimination. The fact that it's organic and non-GMO is also a big plus.
