Works great for me as well as for my 10yo son. We both have horrible allergies. It comes with extra tips that are different sizes which is great. It also comes with salt to mix in. It's very gentle. I find this is a much more convenient method vs a neti pot.

I can't live without this thing! I didn't know what i was missing! I got really sick about a week ago and was sticker than I had been in years. I've got bad allergies pretty much all year round but this was awful. I was so congested I had to eat with my mouth wide open and even to breath I was keeping my mouth open all the time! I got a nasal rinse bottle and it helped but having to clean all the little pieces after every use when I was already so sick and weak sucked. I just kept imagining all the bacteria and germs in all my mucus going crazy in the bottle. And im actually not a germaphobe but I guess already being sick made me parinoid. I decided to order this mostly to get better consistent pressure from the saline water and it is a game changer but even more so I don't have to sterilize and scrub down every little piece of this. The settings are also amazing on this! There's a low and high and also pulses of water. I was using it a couple times in a row just bc i was so congested. So one bottle for one nostril and them refill it for the other nostril. I heat up the distilled water in a baggie sitting in got water. For mother's that breastfeed the way you thaw or heat up breast milk, or dad's who've thawed that milk. Its quick and put it in the bottle and add the saline solution and shake the weighed piece of the tubing around to get it to dissolve and then in a a back out it goes. Watching what comes out is satisfying and its got to help so much to get it out! I'll be in using this year round due to my allergies.

Update my review. After some delay, the company sent me a replacement, which I appreciate. Overall, it’s an effective product and I’m happy they stood behind it.****************************I’ve had this nasal irrigation product for about two years and was initially really happy with it. I used it a few times every month, and it consistently delivered relief—especially during allergy season. Easy to use, effective, and felt like a good investment at the time.Unfortunately, it recently stopped charging out of nowhere. I’ve tried everything—different outlets, cables, you name it—but no luck. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and haven’t gotten a single response. For a product at this price point, I expect better durability and basic customer support.Really disappointed. I would’ve recommended this before, but now I can’t in good conscience. A product is only as good as the support behind it.

I am so glad I decided to try this product. I was debating between the expensive ones and the more affordable ones. I decided to start off with the more cost friendly nasal irrigation. Super easy to use easy to clean and first couple time I tried it I was shocked by all the yucky gunk I was able to get out. My hubby said I snore less and I do feel less stiffed after using it. Great buy compact and cost efficient:)

I’ve been through 2 NeilSpa units. Functionally, they’re not bad except the reservoir being impossible to see though if the salt is dissolved. The problem is using AAs and a battery cover that doesn’t seal well so itfails quickly. It also uses batteries quickly.Next was the Tilcare. Yes, technically USB charging…with a USB-A to a proprietary end connected to the unit. I could look over that if it didn’t leak terribly at the base of the stem/wand. If you get lucky and hold it just right to minimize the leaking, it vibrates so bad it makes you feel like your nose is a speed bag for a boxer.Finally this unit. It’s early yet but it’s easy to tell it won’t be returned after only 2 uses. It seems well built, charges with USB-C, and no leaks. The multiple tips are nice so you can find the one that’s just right. Time will tell how long it lasts but for now, it’s a winner!

I love this machine. I have used the Neil Med and this one is so much better. The water pressure is smooth and it works great. I like the angled tip and additional tips as well as the option for different water pressures.

Easy to fill and clean, but the stream is very weak, even on the highest setting. Perhaps it will suffice after my sinus surgery heals, but until then I will use a squeeze bottle.
