I take these every night, and they have really helped me sleep better. I love that they dissolve quickly and have a pleasant berry flavor, so they’re easy to take before bed. Easy to use whether swallowing whole or letting them dissolve in your mouth. Pleasant fruity flavor that my wife likes while I take it with water before bedtime. I am still able to function if I need to stay up for a while, but usually I end up relaxing for 10-15 minutes then turning off the lights. I can usually get 5-6 hours before I need to make the nightly run to the bathroom.

These definitely will put you to sleep within a hour. They taste naaaasty so I swallow instead. The crazy dreams I have when taking one of those are out of this world though lol. They are great though for if you either can’t fall asleep or wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep. The bottle will last me forever.

I like this product. It devolves great and it tastes good. I've been using this for about 4 months or more and it works great! There's no bad odor, it's just one pill that solves fast and I fall asleep within a half hour and sleep great all night. I definitely recommend this product to everyone. I even subscribed to get it every 4 months. That's how much I like it.

It does work as promised. More for less money was perfect for a pensioner.

This product is excellent for falling asleep and staying asleep. At age 82 I have difficulty sleeping. Dosage of one pill is sufficient for me. I take it about 30 minutes before I want to go to bed and it works. Sleep is restful. No side effects, no after taste. He tablet is small and very easy to swallow. It should not be dissolved before swallowing.
