Hester Window Cleaning Robot & Vacuum Fast, Efficient 3-Mode Robot Cleaner for Glass, Mirrors, Tile & Ceramic

We were excited to receive this product but it stopped working after one window. Read the whole manual twice but manual does not offer any solutions and they do not list any customer service phone numbers or email addresses for support. This is a Company that doesn't want to be found. The sprayer is also useless on this product as it just sprays a lite mist into the air that doesn't even go on the glass.

The media could not be loaded. This automatic window cleaner worked great on my window that has not been cleaned all winter. Perfect to leave running while cleaning the rest of the house and especially convenient to use on hard to reach areas. Since our window was especially dirty I would recommend spraying some window cleaner beforehand IF possible, otherwise it might take a few passes for the cleaner to finish the job. Overall, great quality, would definitely recommend!

sprayer does not work cant get ahold of customer service

The robot would not suction to the window. It continually would fall off the window. I tried everything to make this thing work. It just doesn't.

My was defective. The spray did not work. After 3 tentatives of use to see if the spray would work the machine started getting stock. I do not recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded.

I've tried every way from Sunday to get this thing to stay on windows and clean them.Nothing has worked. I just threw away $249!
