e.l.f. Lash It Loud Mascara Mini, Volumizing & Intensely Pigmented Formula For Fuller & Bolder Lashes, Adds Dimension, Vegan & Cruelty-Free, Black

I LOVE this mascara! My expectations were modest when I chose it, because I was much more focused on getting a petite-sized mascara for a small makeup bag in my purse than I was on the mascara itself. As it turns out, the mascara itself is great, and the design of the wand is perfect for me. First, the tube is truly petite – – 3.5 inches long and approximately 5/8 of an inch in diameter– – exactly what I was looking for. The mascara I use at home is a good product, but it’s in a long, fat tube that doesn’t translate well to travel or my purse kit. The mascara inside the tube and the applicator wand get an A+ from me. I don’t like clumpy mascara, and I don’t like waterproof mascara, but I do like mascara that smoothly applies to lashes like mine: relatively thin and fine. I need to layer two or three coats after each dries in order to get a thicker-lash look without clumping, and this product does that perfectly. The wand is excellent, with lots of short, spiky plastic bristles of alternating length that get between lashes and keep them separated. A final note: my eyes are deep-set and on the smaller side. This means that many mascara wands just don’t work well for me – – the brushes are too thick at the tip to apply product to my innermost tiny lashes without also smudging the skin around them. This wand tip tapers nicely and can bring out those lashes without causing “collateral damage.“

I bought two different mascara from the ELF brand. Lash it Loud and Lash EXTNDR in black. I tried one on each eye and honestly, I couldn’t see that much difference on how they went on or how they looked. I actually liked them both, but if I had to pick one, it would be Lash It Loud. I did like the wands on both. The Lash EXTNDR was harder to remove but, either would be a good choice.

When trying new mascara, I like to buy the trial size first. I bought this, and I absolutely love it! It has become my new favorite. It doesn’t leave clumps, and washes off easy with my face wipes.

Goes on without smudging. Just enough thickness. Comes off easier than all others with makeup remover pad. Won’t go back to the expensive ones I was using

It's easy to apply but that's about all it's got going for it. Maybe if I was willing to put on massive multiple coats.

Where do I start - I just love this mascara! I have thin, short lashes and I'm in my late 50's. Mascaras just don't work like they used to for me. I've tried almost every brand there is, from dollar store to high end. Almost all of them end up going home with my daughter lol. This, however, I am not giving up! ELF Lash It Loud Mascara is amazing! It isn't clumpy, it isn't "sloppy" or clumpy. I love the shape of the brush, it lengthens every little lash! It stays on all day until I wash it off. I do want to say I've used this alone and love it, but when I'm going out and want more of a glam look I layer it with L'Oreal Lash Paradise Primer and the L'Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara, Sheglam Flutterwink Mascara, and Maybelline Lash Sensational Luscious and wow! My lashes are long and lush and beautiful! The picture doesn't do this combination justice but it was the best I could do with this phone lol

I really like this mascara. Will purchase again.
