When I opened and held the headphones, they felt different—much lighter than the ones I checked out in the store before purchasing on Amazon. The plastic material seemed cheap in comparison. I wasn't happy with the item. Then we tested the sound. When my husband put them on and played music, I could clearly hear it, even loudly, from outside the headphones. With the store-bought (original) pair, the sound was barely noticeable from the outside. So, we decided to return the Amazon pair and request a refund. That same day, we bought the headphones in-store, and you can definitely tell the difference between the two.

I am an autistic adult with really bad sensory challenges especially noise. I had to buy new headphones after accidentally breaking my Bose my friend had given me. Personally Sony is my favorite brand of noise cancelling headphones. I had a higher quality one in past but couldn’t afford that style this time. I am not at all disappointed in these at all. They hold a charge long and sometimes I’m wearing my headphones for hours and these are very comfortable. It’s not super easy to adjust volume because it’s not very easy for me to tell buttons apart by feel, but still, for the price, I love these. Sound quality is great and I’m told is more sound proof than my Bose were when I have music a bit louder so that’s good too and with music playing I can block out outside noises. With just the noise cancelling feature on, it still filters out noise pretty well and most of the time I’m wearing them, I don’t have anything playing or am listening to audiobooks and they help me so much.

Son EXCELENTES me impresionaron muchísimo son muy cómodos se adaptan a tus oídos, tiene muy buen sonido y las diferentes funciones para poder escuchar música en lugares públicos que son ruidosos se pueden escuchar a la perfección, los enlazas a tu dispositivo y lo puedes manejar mejor, la batería dura muchísimo, no los ocupo tanto pero si los escucho 2hr cada 3er día no los cargo hasta 2 semanas aprox.
