Where to begin? Slow, buggy, so many things don't work, software is replicated, ultra-frustrating. In the twenty years since I moved to Mac, Windows is EVEN WORSE than ever. On the plus side it was cheap at £699, it's small and neat and it's a nice colour. Those are the only things working in its favour. But sure you can get a better machine for the money.

The laptop is just what I was looking for. I can also use it as a tablet, however the keyboard doesn't detach so that makes it heavier than it would otherwise be. Good value though

Good and fun to use for general use
Was nervous of ordering a laptop from Amazon but opened in front of delivery driver and PHEW it was what I ordered. Have been very happy with this. No cd writer but I have a plug in one I used to burn cd for the car

Ok, I suppose if you rely on chrome and not Windows. It refused repeatedly to recognise my valid password. Very annoying. Now reset to factory and up for sale.

What I like about Samsung is it knows you once you login to your Microsoft account and sorts everything out. No longer spending days sorting out your apps etc.Great screen clarity and easy to use right away.
