Burg-Wachter 1M Sold Secure Gold Bike Chain and Lock Kit

So far bike still chained not stolen 😅Using it to chain 2 bikes together in the underground parking with other 2 U locks. 👌🏼Wouldn’t use on its own always 2-3 locks 😆

I really like this chain but be warned it is pretty heavy. It is super thick and really gives me confidence in locking up my bike. I would recommend it.

Wanted a heavy duty chain for my boat trailer and I felt this gave effectively a free padlock with it.We use it in conjuction with an Igloo smart padlock and I think it is really excellent and does exactly what we needed.It is really chunky and solid looking and would make you think twice about attacking it for sure.The cover is strong and effective to not damage whatever you are securing.Great value and good quality as far as I am concerned.

The lock feels and looks poor quality and though I was sceptical I used it to secure my motorbike, the next day after a night of rain the lock wouldn’t open, it took WD40 and numerous attempts to finally open it, it’s now in the bin. The chain however is very sturdy and perfect size (1 m though it looks shorter, I haven’t measured it) to fit round the wheel and onto the engine guard and the protective sleeve stops any scratches to the bike therefore I would highly recommend the chain alone.

Good strong cable but the lock jammed and it took me 20 minutes and a lot of jiggling to open it

Solid chain and lock, came with three keys. This will not be easy to open or cut through unless the thiefs bring some heavy machinery with them.Like others said it's heavy though.... Like really heavy and I've ordered the shortest length too. But hey go, security comes with a price and to be honest I didn't actually feel the weight when riding the bike with the chain wrapped around the frame. If anything, it makes for a better workout.
