how many pcs are there in the pack?

100 PCs. Best hair elastics ever. They don’t break on my thick hair.

Are these made from cotton, polyester etc. What's the fabric?

It's some kind of stretchy synthetic material.

Do they stay in my hair while running/excersising?

These are nice hair ties for the price. They should stay in your hair during exercise. I have had mine loosen from a full ponytail after a few hours though.

How tight are they around your wrist?

These are for thin hair, there’s some friction on the wrist
