Love, love, love these pants. They're light weight, comfortable, and have useful pockets.* They're a full POUND lighter than my regular pants, so with two pair in my pack and wearing the third pair, it saves me THREE pounds on the trail.They also dry extremely quickly. Was caught in a hail/rain downpour at 11,500 feet and got soaked. Once the weather cleared, they were totally dry after about 20 minutes more hiking. Pitched camp in some wet grass, and they got wet again from the knee down. Sitting at the end of my tent, they were totally dry by morning. My socks...not so much. :)I love that the belt is light weight and low profile. To save even more weight on the trail, I'll leave two of the three belts home and just swap each time I change clothes.Really great pants...*I actually hiked with my Canon EF 70-200 F4L IS USM lens in one of the front pockets (for 10 miles). Was way easier than stowing it in my pack and having to fetch it every time I wanted to switch from my 16-35mm. Totally worked, and I'd do it that way again.

Quality is great

The combination of a long pants and shorts was the perfect item for traveling.The pants can be casual or dress casual. The zip on and off shorts were comfortable and easy to use.These pants were a gift item for a friend who was travel to a tropical city. He didn't want to pack lot of clothing and these pants were the perfect item.

These are my husbands favorite pants. They have a the great feature of elastic waist and zip off to shorts. He works outdoors in the field and always runs hot. Lightweight and dry quickly as well.

I have bought three pairs of these pants in the past and been very happy with them. I thought these would be the same but there are numerous small but important differences in the style. Therefore I am returning them.

Wore on safari in South Africa and were great as long pants in the morning are converted to shorts in the afternoon.

Colour was as requested and fit very good.

Well built and designed. No loose threads or errors in workmanship. I did return as they were too baggy for me. Could be personal taste, but my whole family thought they were oversized. Could fit both my legs into one pantleg. Other than that they are great quality and material. Ymmv.

Really great straight leg fit. Really confortable. Little nylon belt that comes with is nice too (you can take it off easily if you dont like it). All in all for the price these are perfect and I recommend if you are looking for straight leg technical pants.
