This works good on your face for swelling and puffiness. Just remove from freezer and roll under eyes and face where needed.

I got this because every single night my face gets so warm I feel sick, doctor says "welcome to perimenopause" enter this contraption and let me tell you, it helps so much! It's easy to use and effective for my facial flashes and it doesn't take up too much room in the freezer since the handle comes off (think tp roll holder, that's how it works) I haven't experienced any leaking but then again it never really is rock solid because the gel beads in it.

This feels so nice. I do wish it came in a case you can refrigerate, since the roller goes in the fridge, and I’d love to keep it protected without putting it in a Tupperware. Other than that, it works great. Easy to use.

I keep in the refridgerator and use while I am preparing the dog's breakfast. I guess it works on puffiness - can't really tell, but it does wake you up.
