I’ve used different types of creatine supplement since 2019. Mostly powder, but I’ve tried gummies as well. With my ever changing lifestyle and my inability to sometimes consume creatine on my off days (because I can’t do powder in water..yuck) I found myself looking more and more into capsules to fill in on off days. This has become the ONLY creatine supplement I consume! As a female, I have learned that the regular 5g dose is just too much for me. It absolutely sky rockets my creatinine levels in lab work. While not inherently the worst thing, my organ health is very important to me. After 2 years of raised levels I decided that I needed to adjust my dose as a last ditch effort. 3g I have found to be a perfect dose for me! This dosing , while not optimal for everyone, is PERFECT for me! Pros- there are so many! -no garbage ingredients (100% creatine monohydrate) VERY IMPORTANT! -no jitters -no dry mouth -no headaches (as long as you stay hydrated) -muscle tonality has been AMAZING in just a few weeks. -my strength and the ability to push through hard sets has been impalpable Cons——- 6 capsules is a lot! BUT def not a deal breaker. I WILL purchase this brand, in capsule form again and again!!!

These will definitely help with athletic performance. I recommend consuming lots of water while taking these. I have noticed increased strength and body definition. Should go without saying, but regular workouts and a good diet are most important, but these certainly help. I'm 46 and workout regularly. My diet isn't perfect, but I stay away from most things that aren't really good for me. I have noticed a difference.
