Not the most pungent but very good
Oh yeah worth the money for sure. Can't be compared with the hyper expensive but come on, the yellow is there and the aroma is not overwhelming and it doesnt cost arm and a leg to upgrade white rice to yellow rice :)

Good product but way more pricey than local market we saw 1oz for $45 local Indian store.

This 'Gathering of Saffron' brand 1 oz can is always fresh, perfect taste, pure, and the perfect additive to hot chai tea, paella, and any other dish/drink you can think of. I've been using this brand for 20 years with no issues or complaints. You'll find no better Spanish saffron anywhere. Enjoy!
