Great dvd and informative
Having enjoyed watching Fred in a variety of shows I decided to send for this set. The programmes are selective of the acheivements Fred had, and very informative, with various people giving their opinions about Fred. It is this that makes the program interesting, other peoples views of what he did. Fred was a character and if he had been born in Victorian times he would probaly be famous for inventing something mechanical. He was very talented at being able to look at a mechanical problem, and solving it. A very clever and talented man who could explain to the layman in simple terms the what, why and how of mechanics. Excellent dvd set.

6 DVD set
Yes i enjoyed the set. Rather booring were the numerous individuals went on and on declaring what a great fellow Fred was. We all know that. I'm sure both Fred and I would of preferred his appreciation of the craft and workings of the world of Steam Steel and Stone in Great Britain. Is this why we are now known as the United Kingdom!
