I am new to being in a skin care routine and just overall taking better care of my skin. I had never attempted or researched anything about microdermabrasion before getting this. I’m so glad that the instructions were fool proof and I was able to start using it immediately. I will say it took me a few tries to figure out how to use it correctly. However, once I figured out that it’s better to do little sections of your face at a time where you pull your skin down to make it tighter, it worked so much better. I think you just have to keep practicing with this machine. My face definitely seems to have more of a glow and I am no longer self-conscious about the way my skin looks after using this. I tend to have oily skin and my face just seems cleaner. I use this about twice a week and would say that I definitely can tell a difference. My skin is smoother and it really seems that my other skin care products are soaking in better. I haven’t tried to use the serum because I’ve been using my own in my routine. However, it is a small bottle so when I start using it, I know it’ll go quick. I like that you get so many filters and will probably be purchasing more filters after these run out so I can continue to use it. It charges quick and has a universal charger. I think this is a must for anyone who is investing the time in to their skin care.Lindsey Williams

Pros:The instruction manual is pretty clear on how to use it.It’s recommended to receive great results to do it 2 to 3 times a week.It does come with a total of 50 filters, using those three times a week, should last you 16 weeks.The machine removes the top layer of dead skin, and opens the surface up for effective hydration from any skin care products that you are using.You don’t have to use their skin care serum‘s, you can use any products that you already own that you already love.It charges with a USB-C power cable, so that you don’t have to buy batteries for it.When you push the button to power off the machine, the machine turns off, and then the lights blink to show you the battery level.My skin feels really good after using this with the serum. It feels a little bit dried out, if I use just the machine, but once applying the serum, it feels amazing. All dry skin seems to be gone.Cons:There is no information on where to purchase additional filters, and the instructions say to replace it each time you use it.It does come with the renew serum, but it is only a sample size. The instructions say to use 2 to 3 drops. Which I do not feel like is enough to cover my whole face effectively.FYI:I have included a photo of a dirty filter, sitting next to a clean filter. You can also see that there is a small screen on the top of the machine underneath where the filter sits. There is no instruction on how to clean that screen.It is a slight learning curve, figuring out how to hold your skin taught so that the device gently glides a crossed it consistently. It was pretty bumpy in the beginning while I figured that out.It can be difficult to go around the nose with the suction making contact. So, I use it all over my nose and don’t worry about the suction.

I was looking for another product to speed up the exfoliating. This is it!The tip feels like a bit like sandpaper (in the good way) then slight suction. You move it gradually around the skin and it will peel off dead skin cells and leave super soft skin.The cells that are removed are stored under the tip of the device and land on a filter. This area needs to be cleaned every time it’s used. Because it works so well, there can be a lot of build up here.Make sure to use a high quality moisturizer afterwords and treat your skin like a new born baby.After everything is said and done, your skin will look brand new!I had an issue with my first unit, but customer service was top tier with troubleshooting.

This kit is so easy to use and comes with very detailed instructions on how to get started. I started on the lowest setting out of 3 and it was plenty powerful and helped me get the feel of how to hold it and how to move and glide across my skin. There is a suggested pattern in the pamphlet and I followed that. After I used I was really surprised at how much "skin gunk" was on the filter. I had literally just used a rotating brush on my skin that morning. After using I applied the sample serum, renew using the suggested 2 drops. That seemed to be enough for light coverage. The bottle was sealed, however, there was leakage around the bottle, and looked like quite a bit, so I am not sure how much normally comes in the sample bottle. Overall I feel the diamond head attachment is of excellent quality. The kit comes with extra filters, plastic rings, and a charger.

This abrasion tool seems to do a good job and helps to clear up the skin if you use it regularly. The filters and creams do get expensive though. Its an advanced machine that seems to have professional features.

I've been dealing with skin issues ever since I entered my 20s, so I'm always looking to try something that will help. This does an excellent job — my skin is softer, smoother, and clearer, and though my skin is also pretty sensitive, so far it doesn't seem too harsh for me. It's relatively easy to use, once you get the hang of it. I do have a little difficulty getting the sides of my nose, for example, but with some work it's not impossible. The only downside is that it's designed with single-use filters, and once I run out of these, I'm not sure where to find more. I'm hoping the company will list a bag of replacements soon, because my sister and I both want to use this a couple times a week, and we'll be running out before too much longer!The price tag is a little high, but weighed against how much a treatment like this would cost just once at the salon, I think it's worth it — especially with these results. It's well-designed, and feels built to last. Definitely recommended!
