Easy to use
My mom got me this 3d pen for Christmas since she said I can't have a 3d printer. The pen has multiple speed settings. Low medium and high it changes how fast the product comes out. The directions are really clear and the controls are easy to learn. One thing is that the button placement for the speed adjustment is a challenge to change the speed, as you “draw”. But other than that, I love everything about the pen. Also, be careful when ordering replacement filament because it has to be PCL. There is another kind that is PLA for higher heat pens if you order that by mistake it won't work. We know from experience. ☹️

Easy to use
My son (9yrs) loved this. It was easy for him to use and he figured out how to construct things very quickly. Only complaint is it used a ton of the filament but this maybe normal as i have nothing to compare it to.

Just Ok
The product does work, but the images give you the impression that you can stack/layer the melted filament on top of itself, creating a 3D image. it didn't work for us. It collapsed on top of itself or just melted down. Also the LCD screen stopped working after one us.Fun trinket, but don't expect too much from it.
