Having set a goal of attaining at least seven thousand steps daily, I discovered that it's easier said than done. I have seen other mini exercise bikes, but their weightiness render them a no-go for me, as they need to be hidden while not in use. When I found this unit I was pleasantly surprised by its price, and ordered it with the thought that if it doesn't work out, it wouldn't be a huge loss of investment. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that not only is this mini exerciser very lightweight and portable, it works very well. Because it's only seven pounds, it does tend to shift on my hardwood floor occasionally, which to me isn't that big of a deal. I showed this to my friend, who immediately ordered two, and reports that she is very happy with her purchase. This little exerciser is a great tool to reach and exceed my daily steps goal. Due to its portability, I plan to take this with me on my driving vacation trips.

I'd like to give it more stars-because it works great. BUT, first, it's mislabeled here which does not include COUNT, and second the hard plastic giant foot straps are permanently bent to the inside and they catch on the rotating pedal bars, which hurts the foot. That can probably be remedied by leaving it in the sun for a while and mashing it back the other way (or with a hairdryer to the plastic). I was confused about the FIVE settings. It says T, D, C, T-C and CA --that's FIVE. It shows FIVE settings on the screen. It's labeled (Scan which you can toggle on or off) then Time, Dis, Count, T-Count and Calories. The one in the middle is COUNT, and the T-C is total count, I guess like, over the life of the bike. So count is how many what, rotations??, and TC is EVER on that bike. For someone with POTS it's a great value for money. I can't afford a gym and between health, weather and pollution, I frequently can't walk. This is great for people who can't STAND while walking. I haven't used it enough to tell if it's a good workout value, but for people with circulation problems you need to (first consult your doctor and then) move your legs a lot. Seems sturdy enough. And yes it's easy to use. Adjustable foot straps and a light on the display would make it better.

Product is what you pay for. It's a small under desk bike, without much resistance, but the screen display shows accurate time, distance, and other metrics. As other folks have mentioned in the reviews, it does hop around if you are using it on hardwood floor, even if you add non-skid pads to the bottom. It's no peloton, but for the price it helps get you moving

I’m presenting under the care of an Orthopedic doctor and doing Physical Therapy. This machine is very similar to the machine I have to use in Pts for my knee injury. The machine works perfect. The pads on the machine keeps it in place and the tension knob is easy to adjust and the LED monitor is easy to see. The pedals straps are designed to fit any size. Once you fit it to your tennis shoes. I would recommend to cut off the extra or it will drag the floor. It has a smooth action. It definitely helps with strengthening the knee and the leg muscles.

Pros: Fits under *most* desks Adjustable resistance Decent pedal length Cons: Screen is trash If you have a low desk, you will hit your knees Moves around a bit When I was testing it out on our rug, it was fairly stable and didn't move around, but when it was on the tile it slides a bit. It's just high enough that you can set it in front of the couch or your office chair and get some light cardio in while watching TV or working from home. It is more comfortable than any of the exercise bikes I've used, but I think that's because of the chair I'm using. Is it going to replace a pelaton? Not a chance. Is it good for people who have limited space, and want to be able to get some cardio in during the winter without having to go to the gym? Yeah. It is also a good option for people who work at a desk all, or who do school online. Every hour or so, just pedal for about 10 minutes to help keep bloodflow and help keep your legs loose. After letting it sit for about 5 minutes after pedaling, the screen cleared up, but it's still a weird feature. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars for what it is and how much it costs, but with the weird screen issues, I can't give it a full 5 stars.

Forte e bem construido, só não tem muita resistência no tensionador, mesmo no máximo. Mas serve para dar umas pedaladas e é até que compacto, só não dá pra dobrar.

Es bueno, pero su nivel de “dificultad” no es muy certero.
