Great if they stay on
We got these rooster gloves to save our hens sides after two of them had very large open wounds from spur damage. The gloves work great if you can get them to stay on the rooster. I have to catch my big Silver Laced Wyandotte Rooster almost daily to put, at least, one glove back on him. I have tried wrapping the elastics differently each time and they still want to come off. They are bulky for the rooster to wear 24/7 but if we want to keep him (and we do) we must have a solution for his very pointy and sharp spurs.The wounds left unattended on the hen would be fatal. In fact, we thought one of our girls was going to pass on because her wound was so severe. We need these gloves to work. 🤞
