I love this case. It replaced my old case that I bought with the phone in the first day it came out. Its tough and protects my phone from drops on both sides. It also and this part is important protects my charging port from dust getting in! I dont have a wireless charger and I've seen alot of people have port problems(including myself) so keeping that clean and dust free is important. The feel is love though when its new it is a lil slippery to be expected(not a downside) buttons a little tougher to press but its new so its tough be expected at first. Assembling it to your phone is a snap. Overall a great product.

Product was as advertised; But the case was not as protective of my phone as I had hoped. I instead upgraded to the Defender series case which provides much better protection for my phone. Transaction was fast and delivery was as expected.

This was really good case. but after about a year, the top corners started to become loose and "sag" off the corners. The issue with this is not just visual. The phone is starting to just slide out of the case at the top from just being in the car console phone area, or my front pocket. It used to not do this. I had it fall out of the case when I recently dropped it off my bed to the carpeted floor.

A consistently solid product that is easy to install and protects the phone.

Last Otterbox for me. I rarely write reviews, but when a company goes this downhill I have to say something. This is now the 2nd Otterbox in a row that didn't last even 6 months before it started to deform and not hold the phone correctly anymore. They do have a warranty but I'm not paying $13 for shipping and handling for a warranty due to poor quality control. And this case only costs $20 new from their Amazon store if you do the one without the store box with it. I have been using OtterBox soley pretty much since they came out. But if you have to spend $26 a year on top of the cost of the product I think there are better options out there. Reached out to see if they would be willing to help a customer that has been with them since pretty much they started, and instead I ended up having to email back and forth multiple times due to them I guess not able to read for them to just tell me no in the end. I am very brand loyal and it takes a lot for me to lose faith in a long time brand but this was the last straw. Buyer beware.

I bought this case to replace a Spigen that was starting to fall apart. I bought it based on the perceived brand superiority of OtterBox and that it was on sale during Prime Day. I regret the purchase, not because it's a bad product, but because it doesn't provide the experience I expected. The button spots are harder to push than my previous case, the roughness of the case isn't my preferred experience, and I realize that I'd prefer to have a stand and not use it than not have a stand at all (this case doesn't have a stand). However, the real deal breaker for me is the USB-C charger protector cover. It's annoying to always have to pull it open when you want to connect, and the putative protection isn't worth the effort to actually change. Your views may vary, the things I don't like may be the things you want. What I've learned is to not always take the item on special just because it's on special. I will replace it soon with something that fits me better. If you don't want anything blocking your charger port, avoid this case. Otherwise, consider well the features before you buy it. 3 stars.

I don't think there's anything much to say, the image speaks for itself. Rubber is already distorted and loose to the point you can fit a COIN in that gap that comes about when you use it on your phone QC seems to have been such a miss

La verdad es que me dejo a desear más este producto, para ser "otter box" y por el precio esperaría qué se ajustará perfectamente al celular pero no es así, incluso queda abierto de un lado y hace que se meta polvo o pelusa. No lo recomiendo.

Fantastic fit to the phone, very comfy to hold.. however, the volume up and down and the lock button are way too hard to press
