I try to buy, but for size. is us size or uk size?

Mine were about 1/2 Size small in US size.

Can this shoe be modified. Need one shoe with one inch higher heel/sole?

don't know i ordered 1/2 in longer ? to be safe ? wider is always better if got wide feet to , there not made for lots of walking ? to flat ? no support ? if do lots of walk better get hospital shoes ? they fine to wear break in is super easy

If I'm a size 13 should I go up a size?

I typically wear size 12 wide or 13 regular and found the sizing to be accurate.
