This powder allows me to use soy milk (not milk), and to use as much or little as needed for a meal or snack. I am sick, so it's difficult for me to eat, but this provides enough nutrition to keep my health up. I use a mini blender to mix my shakes and they come out creamy and smooth; always filling. It proves much less expensive buying it this way and using my soy milk. I highly recommend it for people who have trouble eating.

As someone who habitually struggles with what to do for breakfast, can recommend this as a meal replacement. It is definitely worth importing from the states, I had consumed this at 7am and didn't feel the need to eat until about 1pm whilst at work!
