Monument Grills Larger 4-Burner Propane Gas Grills Stainless Steel with BBQ Cover(2 Items), Outdoor Use

I've had this for almost 3 years now and its holding up great. Zero rust even with forgetting to put the cover back on before it rains many times. I do try to keep it oiled and i wipe down the exterior with wd40 every so often. Its a great grill and will last many years if you take care of it. It fires up right away every time and I haven't even needed to replace the igniter battery yet. My only gripe is the side sear burner. It works and gets extremely hot, but it gives steaks a very strong chemical taste and pretty much ruins them. Maybe im using it at too high of a temperature I dont know.

I’ve had this grill for a few months now. Looks great but I’m finding some issues. Nothing major but issues. The sear burner is great! The grates are not very good material. Otherwise it works well, and looks nice. Not sure about the longevity of this. I keep mine covered and I am meticulous about cleaning it. However, it is already staining/rusting. I expected a little higher quality for the price point.

We love the BBQ,this is the second one in one month. We got the first one for our permanent residence and love it so we purchased the second one for our vacation home . Definitely I recommend without hesitation ,it is well build & good design and all body around is stainless steel.

I purchased this grill to replace an old Weber and I am impressed by the quality of this grill from the fast shipping to the great packaging to the easy assembly. It looks to be very close to the grills out there that are 30 to 40 percent more expensive. I'm very satisfied and although I had one issue, which was the cabinet not being totally closed and everything I could find to read said it was, I reached out to Monument and I received an immediate response and they explained the reason and made sure I was happy and even refunded the money it would take to finish the back panel if I wished to without me asking for anything. Great customer service and a great product. Longevity is obviously the only question at this point but I believe by taking care of it as it should be there will be no problem.

I bought this grill last summer, put it together just after the 4th of July (yeah, I know, I should have ordered earlier!). It was easy for me, a 60 year old, to put together by myself. It looks great but more importantly, it cooks fantastically. Love the cast-iron grates, and I love how it looks when it's all lit up. One note of caution, however, if you leave the batteries in their housing, the lights will stay on and your batteries will drain. I now just put the batteries in if I'm cooking at night or having friends over, I don't really need it to be lit up otherwise...though it is pretty! Built well, sear burner works great, I expect I'll get years of grilling pleasure from this grill!

Nice grill but not happy with the uneven cooking. Some spots are cooking faster and other area are not. Very unpredictable.

Update: just three weeks shy of the 2 year warranty, the lit started peeling. I field a warranty claim and the company says the lid only had a 1 year warranty. Documents say 2 years. I have never had a grill fall apart so quickly. Over all this grill is great. It goes together easily. The instructions are clear. The parts are packed and labeled well. The whole box is backed well. I was able to put it together without any assistance. Solid build and quite sturdy. The whole build took about 2 hours total. Pros: Love the reversible cast iron grates. Four burners for good control. Both a searing side burner and a pot/pan side burner. Gets hot! Hit 650 in 10 min, perfect for steaks. Solid build and quite sturdy. Great drip pans. Capable and durable casters. The light up knobs are amazing and easy to turn. Electric ignition is flawless. Now for the not so good parts and the reason for less than 5 stars because if it weren’t for these issues it would get a solid 5 stars. The accessory hanger rack screw hole doesn’t line up between the door magnets. There is no way to install it without removing a magnet, and then the door won’t stay closed. Picture attached. No side handles for moving it. It has great casters. But there are no handles to roll or reposition the grill. I made the mistake of reaching under the side burners and got a sheet metal cut down to the bone. It was so sharp I didn’t feel much, but it looked like a blood bath. So they is no where to grip or move the grill at all. Not good. The burner shields don’t attach or have any slots or grooves. They are just loose and slide around. Also there is no heat shield under the dripping pan on the main unit. Hopefully the electronics are protected. The sheet metal corner for the searing burner has a large dent on the side. This was packed, foamed, and double packed with no signs of damage. So it left the factory with damage. All it all o have high hopes for this grill. But hope I never have to move it again (I know I will). I’ll update if there are any longevity issues. I really do like it, but found the flaws to be pretty substantial and would be easy ways for the company to improve the grill.

Happy with purchase. Second season. Doesn’t do well in winds 5+ mph or higher. We live on shore of Lake Superior and wind always blowing. Had to move it to a sheltered spot and works great. Nice hot burners and good temp controls. Much better than old Weber Spirit it replaced.
