Definitely, if you have some that seem like there not moulded or completely squished, my top tip, do like it says soak them in water in your bath, or outside with a hose, leave to dry or use hairdryer. As to soundproofing a specific item or area other than for studio setup (Absolutely fine) mine are used for stuio to dampen some walls. For a Bed Head rest Perfect (LOL) Im serious As to thickness, these are the thicker ones, I see a lot of sellers selling the very thin ones (Be aware of that) these are thicker) As to sticky pads, well I just see that as ,"Thx but no thx" I use my own method for placing them in the final place. I bought the 48 pack and feel its value for money, would I recommend, yes defo.

They do help dampen the reverbaration of my husbands voice in our office. They stay stuck. Value for money. Work as expected. they're not going to stop outside noise but they do dampen sound coming from inside.

Purchased the 36 pack when the foam arrived it was in a small package. The foam was compressed and required "72 hours" to expand. However it did most of the expantion withing 2 hours, intervention on some peices was required but to call it sound proofing is ill-adviced but does help with echos in a room

Bought as a gift, the difference it makes in the room is very noticeable even without covering the whole wall. It looks professional and was easy to apply.

This product came exactly how it was mentioned in the description. With a hairdryer I have fastened the enlargement of the panels. So far so good, BUT the issue is: that it is NOT soundproofing - little or no difference from before. I can still hear the talks outside the apartment and when outside I can hear the tv inside the apartment. Thus it did not help me with my issue.

it doesnt help with noise, when applied correctly it eventually comes off after 2 to 3 days the adhesive isnt strong at all. DO NOT buy this is a waste of money and useless.

I didn’t hold up hopes but we’ll impressed. Left them out over night and they filled out very well. Nice and light. Very straight on the edges. And quite a tidy size, I used 6 in each of my sons rooms and fit perfect 10/10

It made my room look so nice, and stop most the sound and bass, quality is good, ease of use, I had to buy velcro tape, and adhesive spray

These are great acoustic treatment panels and they work as advertised. I would order the 2inch (5cm) version and stay away from the 1Inch which is thin and not helpful in my opinion. 24 pack offers a great value. These come highly compressed and unfortunately, there are no instructions in the package (it should have!) However, I have dealt with similar panels in the past. Waiting 24-48 helps but not with all pieces. I have soaked them water and then squeezed them as dry as I could without ripping them apart. Then I put them in my dryer, 6 at a time, for 20 minutes in a Medium/High setting. A hairdryer works wonderfully as well. They are not very dense but they do a good job acoustically. they are lightweight and easy to install with some double-sided tape. I would recommend it. As long as you do not look to close it looks good, there are cutting errors like it was done manually. Do they work? I do think it does something to make the room less echo'y, but it is not like night and day. Mounting them on the wall took a few tries before i understood what I needed to do, and it's a bit fiddly. You really need to push hard on the little stickers on to the foam and then fiddle a bit with trying to get the sticker of the other side before mounting them, if you do not push it will not stick to the foam..

Good quality, opened the vacuum sealed package and they puffed up right away. Installed within 30 min of receiving them.

Bought 48 of these and 13 were unusable, They are cheap enough so just make sure you buy extra
