Ok so I only just put it on today but its exactly what I needed. This doesn't wrap half your foot like the other ankle braces. I've tried velcro and laceup ones but I'm having trouble with the foot And ankle. It always made my upper foot swell and numb. I have a wide foot and this one is adjustable even on the bottom! It doesn't interfere with my circulation and seems very stable. Its only wide at the ankle, unlike the other braces that go on half the foot. My shoe fits much better, although tight at the ankle a bit for me, I finally found this is perfect for my situation. Stability without foot interference! One more bonus the bottom that goes under your foot isn't metal or plastic, its just cloth. Of course its still a brace and always going to be uncomfortable somewhere. I'd get shoes that will stretch and comform to the brace. Great brace!

I never thought I'd ever have weak ankles but in the last few years, I've rolled my ankles a lot. It's even more painful than a break-I know because I've had a broken ankle. So, when I'm doing a lot of walking, I use these. I have two because I've rolled both ankles. You don't have to worry about getting a left or right side as these braces are convertible which is what I have done. I have other braces but these are by far one ones I prefer. They fit in whatever shoe I'm wearing. I advise cleaning them every so often so that the inner padding keeps its grip (I wear them without socks-they are comfortable enough to be able to do that and not rub.) I won't advise as to what to use because I use alcohol and don't know how it will affect them long term.

It works well for preventing side to side movement while allowing a normal stride. Your not gonna roll your ankle in this as long as you wear it secured properly. I didn't give 5 stars because the pictures are misleading in how thick it is around the ankle. Much more bulky than expected.. It appears in the pics a low tennis shoe will go below the thick part of brace allowing your shoe to tie up normally. That is where the pics are grossly misleading. It is in fact so thick my shoe is stretched out to where it will just barely tie. By the way i have very narrow ankles. If you have thick muscled ankles for sure look for another brand. Really makes the shoe tight. However, I discovered this brace works perfectly with crocs.

I'm on day 27 of a sprained ankle with torn ligaments and can finally sleep comfortably. It holds my ankle steady while also keeping my foot from being able to stretch too much, which in turn was waking me up in pain. I find it very comfortable as long as it's adjusted appropriately. It also completely alleviated any pain. I haven't found the perfect tennis shoe yet to slip it inside and it be super comfortable but I've always had shoe issues. It has fit easily down into each shoe. I currently haven't walked far at all so not sure how long distances/all day will go. Easily worth the price.

Unfortunately, this product is a total waste of money. Had it less than a week and the strap broke off the plastic part of the brace as my husband was walking. Plastic part of brace cracked. Totally irreparable. Waste of money, do not buy.

Wanted a pair of volleyball ankle guards, wasn't what I expected and still sits there. More suitable for someone with a damaged or recovering ankle. Excellent for that.

I never ever write reviews even though I say I am going to but this time I decided to. I bought this brace because I got one almost exactly like it from urgent care, however it had the "freezable" gel inserts and it was the most uncomfortable thing because of the gel packs. I decided to give this a try and I couldn't be happier. I found that I had to play around with it especially the stirrup part to get it adjusted to where it felt comfortable but once I got it to where it was comfortable for me I have not taken it off. I actually for the first time slept in a brace all night long. I found also that the stability that it provides me came from getting the stirrup feeling just right. Highly recommend. I should add that I was also questioning it because I usually am one to only purchase it if 4.5 stars has at least -usually because I have many different options. But I am so glad that I took the chance because it was well worth it!

I have multiple ankle braces but did not take one on my vacation. I ordered this one and it is the most comfortable I have. I shattered my ankle 5 years ago and although it doesn’t always bother me I need the brace when it does.
