Does the job!
It works well, for both internal & external deburring. It appears to be well made with good quality materials. Only time & extendeduse will tell

Useless
The diburrer side is not too bad although not as good as many others but the other side is absolutely useless. Tried it on plastic terrain pipes. Rubbish. Tried it on 22.5mm overflow pipe. Still rubbish. Don't buy. The only reason why I still have it is that is too cheap to bother the hassle of sending it back. Harsh but honest.

Does the job
It does the job , means less messing about and saves time .. a quick clean of the inside and outside of the pipe and you're good to go
