This has become one of the few supplements that my husband and I genuinely don't like to be without. We have it on Subscribe & Save because we always want to make sure we have another bottle before we run out. I usually take 2–3 capsules in the evening. My nutritionist recommended three capsules a day, although the bottle recommends two, so I adjust my intake accordingly. From my own experience, I've noticed a real difference since taking these regularly. I feel they've helped me feel calmer overall, supported my sleep, and made it easier to unwind in the evenings. I often wake up feeling more rested, and over the long term I feel they've contributed to a greater sense of stability and less day-to-day anxiety. I’ve been very happy with this magnesium glycinate supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, and the added Vitamin B6 is a great bonus. I am a light sleep and found myself waking up during the night often. I tried this supplement after reading online it can help improve sleep. It took around a week of consumption before I felt a noticeable difference. Taking 2 capsules 1 hour before I sleep I find I myself having more fulfilling and extended deeper sleep. I also notice I have more unusual dreams, but that is of no ill effect. A good supplement that I have repurchased numerous times, highly recommend for sleep.

They work. Simple as that. 2 per night and they keep me asleep, and if I do wake, I fall back to sleep easily

Arrived super quickly, good sized pills, it's a bit tricky rating supplements because there is no clear indication of their effectiveness unless it's done under controlled scenarios. I however can state that my continued ability to plough through the day effortlessly (my role involves some physical exertion) is mainly due to daily intake of this supplement.

Life changing, I was struggling with short and broken sleep and since I’m taking it, really improved my sleep and relaxation.

Upset stomach! Not sure if my batch is contaminated or just very strong but this product gives me an upset stomach whereas other brands don't.
