The Book Of Yogurt

Contains a lot of interesting international recipes, but not of yogurt. The title is very misleading. I wanted a book containing yogurt recipes, which the title implies, however, this book certainly does not!

I’ve used this product before from this company and once again they’ve come up trumps. Would I recommend? Most definitely.

no photos but this really is an eclectic international cookbook, all recipes include a small or large amout of yoghurt , huge number of recipes and so varied....super . I got this as a bargain from an amazon reseller secondhand

All you need from a good cook book. Clear and detailed.

I got this to go along side a yogurt maker - certainly has expanded the limitless possibilities one can do with a pot of yogurt :D great stuff!

Useful information in the book but disappointingly no illustrations.

Once one knows how to produce yoghurt this book gives nice recipes
