I have an extensive background using sounds and plugd. I was excited to try this item but it was a disappoinment.The rings are cut so they can snap into little balls. Once put together they hold everything in place. The cuts in the rings have sharp edges and we're impossible to snap back in the balls. I tried for a while but wasn't going to hurt myself.I took it off and washed it. The metal discolored, turning a pale grey color. After seeing that I was glad that I could'nt get the rings to snap into the balls.
