MIDOGAT Bicycle Training Wheels
As a regular consumer, I purchased this for my son who is a bit older (9 years old), the training wheels is able to hold him up and he was able to practice on it. Connecting it to the bike was pretty easy and does attach on any bike (I tried on 4 bikes all different sizes , i have two kids). All in all great buy for us.

See video for full review on 24" bike. TLDW: they fit, but there is a little more of a gap between the training wheels and the ground then there are with say, kids training wheels. They have about 50mm "play" when moving side to side.
