Bought for my daughter's 9th birthday at home with a couple of friends. They really enjoyed it, a variety of puzzles, working together and although I was sitting with them, I didn't need to intervene much with hints they successfully completed in an hour. The pack is really well thought out and great graphics, clear text.I'd recommend this and thought it was good value for money, although obviously you can only do the once.

This did take longer than suggested but 2 hours well spent interacting with family! Thoroughly enjoyed

Really enjoyed solving this with daughter, 7. Challenging enough to keep the adults engaged, not too challenging to lose the child's attention. One part we had two of, one was missing. But we worked it out!

My boy enjoyed this. He and a friend (both 11) did it an hour. Only problem is the scratching off is almost impossible. We got all the clues but when it came to final scratching part, we gave up and just said we made it out. It was a bit frustrating.Shame it's single use but I understand why. You do have to draw on certain bits and it wouldn't work otherwise.

My 6 year old and I had great fun playing this, the clues ranged in difficulty and had me scratching my head for a few. Only downside is that completing it involves scratching off an answer sheet , this means it can only be played once ! Which is a real shame, hence only 3 stars.

Had an absolute blast with this and my kids, 9 and 11. Took us 70mins and our first ever escape room at home.Definitely will get another for the christmas period :)

Good escape room for kids

The hints page is a scratch off system but it is so bad that the scratching material doesn't come off easily. If you apply more pressure to scratch it off, it tears down the bit that contains the hint and then you can't read it.See photo below

This was amazing! My kids wanted to do a mystery/puzzle box and this was exactly what we were looking for. It was slightly challenging without being discouraging. My 4 and 7 year old worked together to find and piece together the clues and I assisted with some of the math problems. We all had a fun time!

Fun Game - 11 year old grandson is really enjoying it.

We really enjoyed this. My 9yo with very little adult help was able to get through the escape room. It wasn't too difficult and contains hints if you get stuck. I felt like the puzzles were pretty intuitive as an adult and it wasn't as obscure as some we've done the past. It would be nice if the box was reusable, but I think it's a pretty decent price for the experience. The puzzle parts were good quality and we didn't have any issues with misprints or anything that would affect game play. I wish they made more for this age range!

Tried it with a group of kids at camp and they loved it- just the right amount of challenge!

This was an easy-to-follow set of puzzles that my older children (10 and 12) were able to do on their own.
