Is this garlic press Swiss Made?

NO! It is Swiss designed, but the box clearly says Made In China.

Well, on the description of the product it does say: Part of Kuhn Rikon Switzerland's extensive assortment of garlic tools. I wouldn't worry too much as it is an excellent garlic press and extremely well engineered.

Most reviewers from the US says this is made in China and it affected the product quality by broken rivet and wobbly hinges.IS THIS REALLY SWISS MADE?

I don't understand how you can put unpeeled garlic in without having bits of skin in the end result. How is this different to other peelers for that?

All you do is pop in the garlic clove and squeeze the handle together. I assure you the garlic comes out crushed and smooth, open the handle and the skin is sitting there, just pick it out and wash the crusher. It really is as simple as that. And it works.
