5 Days in and what a difference. The first dose seemed to had given me a little nice high. Not felt this high again but has generally improved my mood, focus, metabolism and has given me enough pain relief with a nagging issue I have had with my foot that was crippling enough to make me worry that I couldn’t do my daily hikes. It has also lowered my glucose levels quite noticeably. I am definitely sold on Chaga to the extent that I now intend to forage my own.

Well roll me over and turn me into a noodles armpit. These things really work just tough to get it out the capsule. Emptied some of my ugly sisters ones and filled them with spit and boogers and she didn’t notice. Fantastic product

Switched to the capsules from the powder as it was unavailable, disappointed that the capsules contain Silicon dioxide. I empty into my morning coffee and now have a gritty deposit in the bottom of the mug

I recently purchased the Real Mushrooms Chaga Extract (120ct) Immune and Digestive Support Organic Capsules, and I must say that I am disappointed with their effectiveness and overall performance. Was excited to try Chaga after hearing such great things, but these capsules turned me into a complete zombie. I felt really high while at work, which was extremely confusing and anxiety-inducing until I worked out the cause. I do now sometimes take one capsule just before bed (so at least the negative effects don't effect me while I'm awake and needing to be productive and social). Still not sure if I'm reaping any benefits though. I also tried this brand's Reishi capsules, which was another unusual experience – one single capsule gave me insomnia all night, making me drowsy but completely sleepless (despite the fact Reishi is intended to promote exceptional sleep). Really bizarre. Avoid

Arrived on time, are easy to take, to early to know if they are effecting my health.

I see no evidence that this did anything for me at all, to be honest. I was taking this for ages and I still came down with the most horrendous flu that lasted for weeks.

Taking it for the amazing benefits. I haven’t had any bad reactions to it but I not take any pharmaceutical medications. One of the best mushroom supplement companies, so you need not worry that you are getting something random.

The fact that Chaga has so many health-promoting benefits, and that the Real Mushrooms company takes documentation and standardization of the quantities of Chaga’s bioactive components seriously is what won me over in wanting to give this brand a try. I take it after my biggest meal of the day (breakfast) to assist with digestion and to support my immune system. I am beyond pleased to have found this company with its high standards and noteworthy line of health-promoting products.

This chaga has changed my life, literally! My digestion has been an issue my entire ife. I’ve tried countless things, but really, to no avail. Some things helped briefy, then quit. This has my digestion running so smoothly!!!! I’ve been taking them for 11 days, and since day ONE, it helped me. And another amazing, really amazing thing, is that I lost 6 lbs. in that time!!!!! I’m almost 64, and take really good care of myself, eat right, and exercise. But I haven’t been able to lose weight! It REALLY is about a healthy digestive system! I’m really shocked at how this has revved up my digestion!!!!!!! And I know that it has a proufound effect on your skin, and the elasticity of it…even diminishing fine lines and wrinkles. I’m looking forward to writing another review in a couple of months to elaborate on this :). FYI…there isn’t anything out there, that has a higher ORAC value than chaga! That’s pretty impressive!!!
