HP T6B59A Color LaserJet Pro M254nw Printer

This has replaced a Brother printer that cost almost 3 times the cost of this HP and delivered a similar performance.This printer is carryable (unlike the one it replaced) and it installed first time, in a matter of minutes. I run this on a network so buying the "NW" suffixed printer was essential to me and it sets up like a dream. The printer has a quick warm up and comes with all four toners pre-fitted (no need to rip open boxes!). The widows test page was immaculate so I printed out a full page photograph which was outstanding on standard 80g paper - this is the clear advantage over an inkjet - photo quality on standard copy paper! Of course using glossy paper gave even better results and a lot quicker than from my inkjet printer too. The printer powers down very quickly, saving energy, but powers up on demand when windows sends it a document to print.Primarily I use this for short run printing of fliers (typically 100 or less) and I find this delivers me professional quality at a lower cost than using a printing company, and gives me the results NOW.This is an absolutely excellent network printer and gives brilliant performance on every sheet.

Does what you'd expect for the price. Not the quickest printer but convenient WiFi printing, be it from PC or mobile device.

My old printer, an HP LaserJet 4 that I'd had since the late '90's, needed a new toner cartridge. I made the decision to retire it and install a colour printing "version". This model had the capabilities I wanted, from the same, reliable, supplier as my old laser. It connected easily to my desk router and has printed the odd page or two per month without issue. The one thing that I dropped a star for was the driver software. After installing the latest, the printer stopped working - it required an OS update to start again. I did not need the update, but was forced to do it anyway.

Superb little colour laser printer. The resolution is 600x600 but the quality of printed output looks far better. The included initial 'set up' toners produce enough printouts to get started. Full capacity toners show how economical the printer is. I print images almost exclusively so 'page counts' don't really figure in costs. This printer is doing very well on toner usage. That may be due to the 600x600 resolution but how it uses that resolution gives quality results. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great colour quality and I'm a crafter and it prints on card weight of 250gsm.

These printers are not as well made as the HP I got from France or Germany
