Smaller flakes but great product

This is a little stronger than another bottled brand I bought some where else. Be careful with how much you apply until you get the portion where you like it. I used it with toffee candy i made. I think I'll spend more money next time and purchase another brand.

Something about this flaky salt...seasons steaks and fish the best.

Salt is moist and difficult to sprinkle lightly. Flakes are not very large.
