Perfect for inclusions
I'm a sourdough bread baker so these were perfect chopped up in my sundried tomatoe basil loaves. They are a bit salty on their own but work well incorporated into recipes. Great, firm texture.

They are very salty so you must soak and rinse them well unless excess salt doesnโt make you sick.

I looked up salt free sun-dried tomatoes. The ingredients state it only contains tomatoes in the description . Yet when I received them they definitely have sea salt and lots of it. So now I am stuck with an unusable non refundable order. Just want others to be made aware
