Hot Shot's Secret LX4 Lubricity Extreme is designed to improve the lubricity of diesel and gasoline fuel, providing protection against wear and damage to fuel pumps and injectors. It can be used in addition to a performance dose of EDT to further increase lubricity on a regular basis. The treat rate for LX4 depends on the size of the fuel tank. For a 33-gallon tank, the recommended treat rate is 2 ounces of LX4 per tank. Simply pour the recommended amount of LX4 into the fuel tank before adding fuel. Be sure to shake the bottle well before use to ensure even distribution of the product. does this clean at the same time like optilube? i dont see it stating that anywhere on their website or amazon

never heard of optilube so i could not say, all i can say is hotshot is by far the best diesel additive i have ever used, tryed many in the past no comparision to hot shot, im sure it helps to clean the fuel system, i get way more power when i use it, so its put in everytime i fill up.

Has anyone found sediment in the bottle? When I recieved mine there seemed to be floaties then after settling there is whitish sediment at the bottom

It improved my fuel mileage by 2I/100km All the way down to 5.9I/100km from 8I/100km Also the engine is extremely smooth and quiet now. When I start my 2017 Subaru outback it used to be more slow turning over and now you can hear that there's no resistance and turning over faster.
