Premium Umami Mushroom Salt with Porcini - Gourmet Umami Seasoning Blend & Mushroom Powder for Soups, Sauces, Eggs & Roasted Vegetables - Small-Batch Sea Salt, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free - 2 oz

This is a spice blend that allows you to add nothing else to your food and still get a tasty dish! All you have to do is mix a modest amount in a liquid base, such as water, broth, or even olive oil, marinate your food in it (vegetables, meat, fish, ... or add it to your sauces or soups) for just a few minutes, ... and voila!!!!! But remember, small amounts until you learn how to play with the concentration. This blend is intense! This will definitely become a permanent feature in my pantry!!!

Works wonders on eggs

Taste like roasted mushrooms.

This is my 2nd time to order this spice as I didn't want to run out. I first saw it on Facebook with a private chef in Beverly Hills, and now I use it on every grilled or roasted protein or vegetable.

NO flavor! Total fail! There should be a law against such fraud.!
