no cost of money it's very bad canera and also when I shoot complete a video after that playing that video it's Frist 5 second normally playing after 5 seconds it's going speed means 3x or 4x speed going it's means gecch getting in video recording, it's very bad for me, dear team u have to replace your product or kindly rapir this product

Picture & video quality is not good. Not focus properly

I always want to buy a go cam thanks to Digitek to make a such a budget friendly product and I have posted my first vedio. Thanks to Amazon for this beautiful product I recommend all the users to buy this product .

I purchased this product expecting good quality, but I am extremely disappointed. The audio-video synchronization is completely off, which ruins the entire experience. Despite trying all troubleshooting steps, the issue persists. The quality does not justify the price, and I deeply regret this purchase. Adding to the frustration, Amazon's return policy is very poor. They refuse to help unless the product is physically damaged. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply provided the manufacturer's contact number, which is never answered despite calling all day. When I conveyed this to Amazon support, they ridiculously suggested I search for a service center and visit it myself. This lack of responsibility and accountability for products sold under their platform is unacceptable. Why would customers buy online if they are left to deal with service issues on their own? This unethical way of doing business in India continues because of systemic gaps and corruption. I strongly advise against purchasing this product and urge Amazon to improve its support process. Moreover, the app does not allow me to add recorded videos or pictures. Every time I try to upload one, it crashes immediately. Please address this issue urgently.

waste of money I recently bought this. The quality of this camera is good. Recently I talked to Digitech customer and ask to buy another battery for this he told me they don't provide additional batteries and chargers for this except 2 batteries with a box. If the battery gets damaged then where to buy a new battery?
