Are these egg noodles, wheat noodles or rice noodles? Listing does not state ingredients.

They are made with wheat flour but say they may contain traces of egg. A bunch of other oils are in it too, vegetable, rice, soybean, sunflower, etc. I would say they taste like wheat noodles even though they're lighter in color, like egg noodles.

I didn't see an expiration date, how long are these good for?

I purchased the end of February. Mine had an expiration date of 0823. I put the unused ones in the freezer. Still taste great- no change in texture

Love them

Love these… Love that they are always crisp and I used to pay two dollars for an extra side of crispy noodles from the Chinese delivery place that was hit and miss for showing up stale

Noodle delivery

This product is not available where I live because it gets stale fast in our climate. This is the way to go! I love to snack on Chinese mustard & duck sauce with these noodles. Also great for use in Asian soups.
