AMAZING coloured pencil and graphite paper for the price. Was able to apply a decent amount of layers before the paper’s tooth was completely flattened. It’s also great for blending markers, however, they do have a tendency to feather on this paper- no bleeding though. Overall, nice and thick paper for both pro and beginner artists (like me) on a budget.

I bought this expecting it to disappoint--I know, that is not the way to start a new product exploration. But often I get the recommended items from videos and find they are not as presented in the video. However, this was surprisingly good. I gave it a workout too--heavy washes of watercolor, several applications of India Ink lines--it was treated roughly--and yet, minimal warpage for that crazy amount of water I put on it. As the video said, it is tops for ink work. The color spread just enough for my fading in and out of intensity as I hoped, yet stayed within the parameters I set for it. Not much "tooth" so if you need a bit of grit there, it is minimal--but that is perfect for ink work. I would buy this again when I use it up.

El papel en general me ha gustado la porosidad de es muy poca lo cual lo hace de las mejores, si no que la mejor opcion de papel par usar con lapices de colores, el gramaje de simplemente perfecto para que no se te doble la hoja facilmente con tanta presion, aunque debo decir que no es mi version de este papel, ya he probado la opcion de la competencia y debo decir que me ha gustado mas la textura de la hoja ademas de que tiene 10g mas de grosor lo cual no es mucho pero a mi me importa, pero aun asi esta opcion esta bastante bien siendo muy economica y con 5 hojas mas.

The tooth is perfect for colored pencils! I’m new to the medium in more professional drawings, so this paper has been a great way to start off. It allows you to add multiple layers and doesn’t get too flat too fast (so the colors don’t pick up). This is a picture I drew of my father this past year. High recommend this paper if you’re doing colored pencil. It’s not as thick as cardstock, but is substantial and will hold up. I wouldn’t use this pad as a sketch book though because as soon as you turn the page, it comes off. Works great for me because I don’t want the papers to stay in there, and I don’t have to worry about ripping them, but for folks looking for a notebook to sketch in and keep your papers, this is not for you.
