I don't understand how can they send a Bottle without its closure cap. They have provided with a silicone cap which is Absolutely USELESS in terms of restricting liquid to spill off. The whole milk spelt off the bottle.Very Very Useless product.

I bought this product but turns out that the steel cap is defective and because of that the liquid is leaking out of the bottle. I am trying to contact the amazon team for this problem but am unable to.

I am a huge fan of the Pura Sainless steel bottles. I started purchasing them a couple of years ago. The previous bottles were a bit flawed for several reasons:1). Model #1: I had the pink painted bottles. While I never had a problem with this model, the paint peeled off of my friend’s bottles. I suspect it is because I didn’t use it nearly as much as she did. I mostly used model #2. In either case, my friend contacted you and you gave her a replacement. Not in that model but a model #2 one. Model #1 was discontinued (I suspect because of the peeling paint). I was quite pleased to hear this, you do care about your customers!2). Model #2: The bottom part of the 100% stainless steel bottles got warped after falling off the high chair so many times. I ended up hammering the bottom part to flatten it which always worked. I know this sounded strange but I was willing to do that because it is the safest and the most eco-friendly bottle out there for my 2.5 year old daughter.3). Model #3: Seems like model #2 was discontinued and it evolved into this perfect model! The bottom part became much sturdier and more substantial which prevents the warping. Hammering away is no longer required, I am amazed! Pura Stainless really do listen to their customers which means a brilliant user-friendly customer service. As a Product Manager in the IT field, this makes my heart sing. Not only that, my daughter absolutely loves your beautifully designed product. And I am content knowing it is very safe for her to use. Thank you! I always recommend this to my friends with children. I do not use any other bottles. Believe me, I have experimented so many bottles to date. They really At least I did until I started using Pura Stainless bottles. Other bottles on the market pale next to this product. Most importantly, these bottles NEVER leak.
