This is really aunt Jemima pancake mix with a different name
I was surprised when I went to the grocery store and could not find the Aunt Jemima pancake mix that I’ve been using for decades. Then I noticed a tiny marking referencing Aunt Jemima, so I bought some from Amazon. When we tried it out, it was the same thing we’ve been using for years and years and years. Still as good as ever. I guess this is a political correctness thing.

Don’t buy!
I ordered the original and received the complete pancake mix. I’m the packages had both leaked out in the bag. To add insult the expiration date was in a month. Don’t buy this.

Best mix for our menu! Always use milk and that's what this mix calls for. Absolutely our favorite for corn fritters pancakes etc!
