This was great. I grew up on the Louisiana/Mississippi line, so I know good cajun and creole food. The etouffee was spot on! Fantastic!

Cajun enjoyed
Love this product, this is my second purchase. Found it in the supermarket as a promotional item, and they never brought it back. It's a little salty, but that is just me, I don't do a lot of salt, but it has not stopped me from enjoying it.
