Comfortable, clear, and amazing battery life
I bought the Sony WH-CH720N headphones mainly for travel and work-from-home use, and they’ve been absolutely outstanding. If you want lightweight, comfortable noise-cancelling headphones with great sound quality and an incredible battery, these are a top-tier choice at a very fair price.First off, the design is stylish and minimal. I went for the white model, and it looks sleek without being flashy. The build is lightweight yet sturdy — you can wear them for hours without feeling like your head is weighed down. The comfort level is fantastic. The ear cushions are soft and breathable, and the headband is flexible without pinching. I’ve worn them for 3–4 hours straight with no discomfort at all — perfect for long work calls, flights, or binge-watching sessions. Now, the sound quality — it’s excellent. The WH-CH720N offers a balanced sound profile with clear mids and highs, and a nice warm bass that isn’t overwhelming. Music sounds full and detailed, whether you're listening to classical, pop, or podcasts. I also appreciated the crisp clarity on calls — voices come through cleanly without distortion. The active noise cancellation (ANC) is very good, especially at this price point. It’s not quite at the level of Sony’s WH-1000XM5 (their flagship model), but it’s still very effective at blocking out background noise like air conditioners, traffic, and general chatter. Perfect for commuting or working in a shared space.Another standout is the battery life. Sony claims up to 35 hours with noise cancelling on, and in my experience, it easily reaches that. Even if you forget to charge them, a quick 10-minute charge gives about an hour of playback — a lifesaver when you're in a rush. The Bluetooth 5.2 connection is strong and stable, and multipoint pairing means you can connect two devices at once — I have them connected to my laptop and phone simultaneously, and switching between them is seamless. If I had to point out one tiny drawback, it’s that the headphones don’t fold completely flat, so they take up a bit more room in a bag. But they’re so light that carrying them around isn’t a chore.Overall, the Sony WH-CH720N headphones are comfortable, great-sounding, packed with useful features, and offer outstanding battery life. Highly recommended for anyone wanting premium features at a mid-range price!

Overall perfect
Great headphones with excellent sound quality, I much prefer these over in-ear headphones as I find those don’t give enough power to my liking, however there’s a lot of sound leakage above 50-60% volume so make sure you’re aware of that in public!

Works well for the price.
For its price, the headphones perform well and have clear sound quality. After the death of my Beats Solo 3, I turned to Sony as I was looking for another reputable brand with a wide range of products. When seeing these headphones I bought them due to their relatively cheap price and promise of Active Noise Cancellation. The design is nice with a navy blue colour, easy to connect, and battery life can easily last me a whole week on one charge as someone who listens for at least 3 hours a day. In terms of audio quality, it was a slight downgrade from my beats as they lack the heavy bass I was used to but still good enough for the average listeners. It connects well with the Sony app where you have the option to change the audio profile to your choice so I’m sure if I look into that I can better suit the headphones to me. They do however feel a bit light and flimsy in compared to my Beats which had real leather ear cups and a solid metal band inside but when wearing them on the pro side, they are light and comfortable in comparison to my old headphones that would squeeze my head and hurt my skull. The noise cancelling is not that good however with it reducing outside sound a lot, but not completely blocking it out. They are large in size and can easily expand for those with larger heads but do note, there is no case for carrying so I often find myself having them stored around my neck. When looking for a good pair of headphones for a reasonable price, these will do the job. The nice cancellation work well enough for most, the sound is descent, and the battery is long lasting. Only downsides are due to the price which obviously only a top end headphone could achieve but for what the price is, I saintly recommend.Sincerely,A broke uni student.

Great Clarity
Nice volume control. Battery lasts ages. The sound is clear when making calls or in MS Team meetings which is a plus for me. The design is solidly made and comes with cable for charging in box. Voice clarity is really superb.

Highly recommend
Really impressed with these headphones for the price. I was in search of over-ear headphones (on ears are too uncomfortable!) and these fit really well. The battery life is really good, and the headphones come with a simple app to change settings like ambient/noise cancelling mode. Highly recommend!
