Very challenging, didn't want to stop once started!
Thoroughly enjoyed this puzzle purchased just before the world went puzzle mad before the Covid-19 lock down and prices went up fivefold. Spent a solid 14hours over a few days finishing it off and have a pretty solid knowledge of London geography. Now framed and hanging on the wall which makes for a nice touch to the room. No idea why you'd need to cover it in resin and complain about pieces peeling!?Highly recommended to keep you busy!

Not enough pieces!
This is a good quality, highly enjoyable puzzle. The print is clear and the pieces fit together well. Such a shame that there were only 994 pieces in this particular box though. After a week of absorbing work on it, it's disappointing not to have the whole picture.

If you love london and jigsaw puzzles
If you love london and jigsaw puzzles, you will love this! My husband and I enjoy making puzzles. We left it on the coffee table and would come back to it to add a few pieces every evening. The children joined in too. Great activity for bringing family together and tests your knowledge of the city!

5 stars for fun and entertainment. 2 stars for quality. Not recommended for hanging
I could give this puzzle either a "5" for fun, enjoyment and challenge or a "2" for quality of product. I am giving it an honest "3" in the end.Positives:Lots of fun to put together. You will be able to pass "The Knowledge" when you have finished. Surprisingly challenging considering it's a map and every piece has a unique street name on it! :) The quality of printing is quite good and all parts are easily read (albeit the print is sometimes VERY small)Negatives:This puzzle was bought for the express purpose of covering it in resin when finished and hanging on the wall. Sadly this will not happen because of quality issues. During the punching/cutting process, a lot of the pieces were damaged, creased and not cleanly cut out which leads to peeling. The result is an un-even and badly fitting final picture. The fact that it is printed on quite thick, low quality cardbord probably didn't help.As others have mentioned, there is quite a big offset between the actual puzzle and the picture on the box. Not a huge problem but sometimes can lead to confusionThe actual size of the finished puzzle is in fact 735 x 510 mm and not 750x500 as claimed (important if you are buying your backing board BEFORE assembly!)Final verdict:If you are looking for a few fun evenings learning the streets of London - go for it!If you are considering this for hanging/decoration afterwards - prepare for possible disappointment

Disappointed delivery service by Amazon
Delivery stated 9pm. On Tuesday. No delivery. 10.20 Pm received email stating delivery had just been attempted but with no success. However all lights on and we were still up. Doorbell not touched. Unable to reschedule alternate delivery as we have been away from the Wednesday. Extremely upset as I particularly wanted this item.

Missing pieces?
Did anyone have issues with missing pieces? I diligently emptied the bag of pieces into the top lid to begin and finished the wonderful puzzle within less than a week. But disappointing I am missing a piece right in the middle. Not sure if I should give one star or more, as one one hand it's provided much needed entertainment whilst being stuck at home!

London A-Z jigsaw puzzle 1000 pieces
I needed a challenge in a jigsaw and this was. I did complete it after approx 3 weeks, working intermittently on it. Very interesting to do and I could take the London Cab test possibly - I have the knowledge now. I love maps and I love jigsaws so this was perfect. Quality very good.

Great challenge!
Bought this so the family had something to do in those quiet moments over the Christmas/New Year break. All of us either live or have lived in London, so that helped a little, but it was still a real challenge and took us several days to complete it. I found the small print difficult to read in artificial light and had to use a magnifying glass, but that's just because I'm getting old!
