So if you plan on using this in an enclosed space, e.g. a car/van left in the UK summer sun, the unit may turn itself off after a few minutes under load.I bought this product to charge expensive and sensitive drone batteries while out on long jobs, away from mains sockets.When hooked up to a 12v 135ah leisure battery this inverter works a treat! Even after running for 3+ hours constantly.Thermal cut off @ 65°C is very disappointing when cheaper units don't have this issue - so think about whether this will be an issue for your use scenarios.

This is actually everything you could want in an inverter. Reliably powers a fridge, microwave and kettle. Have also used to power a laptop and a1000 watt wet cutter at work and does the job brilliantly. A really good piece of equipment

Pros: It works exactly as expected. Plug it in, and you have a mains outlet. Used it many times on my trip, it just sat in the footwell, (quietly) humming away. I used it to draw about 100-120w, and it handled this very well through the 12v cigarette lighter plug. It didn't get hot at all, which I take to mean it's quite efficient. That, or my aircon is good enough to keep it cool.The seller was also very quick to send the item.Cons: The cigarette lighter plug didn't fit my car. I was very disappointed to find that it didn't turn on when I first plugged it in. This might be because my car's socket is badly designed, or it might be that the plug itself is badly designed. When I wiggled it in the socket, it would briefly turn on, but had no chance of remaining on by itself as it was a very poor contact. In the end, I had to use a 150w 12v socket adapter/splitter, and plug it in to that. This turned out to be useful anyway since the leads of the cigarette lighter plug are quite short. Not the end of the world, but was a bit disappointing.All in all, great product. Only one I could find with a cigarette lighter plug, which sadly wasn't compatible with my car. Problem can be rectified with a 12v splitter/extender.

Works great and easy to install.

The inverter powers my laptop, Tablet, television, blender, coffee grinder and charges up all of my other low wattage devices. So far, (I've only owned it a month or so) its proved to be fine. It's installed in a motorhome and is only used when no other 240v supply is available.

When I came to use this item recently it produced a loud squeel with a load of only 100 watts, The manufaturer said it is faulty and to contact the supplier, The supplier has agreed to collecty and test it. It is less than 5 months old. I have now received a replacement and it's fine.
