in terms of being a supliment it does everything i would expect. it mixes well, smooth and not too lumpy and importantly for me its low cal. But as with most stuff low in calories its also not really the best tasting, not bad as such but weird and took a while to get used too. if u do use it (and there is no reason not too) then i suggest mixing with as little water as u can get away with.

Excellent protein taste and quality .Like many people tried at least 50 different brands mostly the overhyped ones but this is by far the winner due to it being so cheap and the quality is next to none based on the results I have seen .

This is the tastiest chocolate flavour whey I have gotten. The chocolate orange flavour is best with yoghurt than milk or water in my opinion. Beats optimum nutrition's chocolate whey.
